JOB DESCRIPTION
As a facilitator, you will be responsible for creating an environment conducive for learning and maintaining discipline, teaching both theory and practical aspects of the trade, assessing student’s performance, delivering knowledge and experience to students, using technology effectively in all modes of delivery, supporting students and management, and assisting with maintaining/repairing machines in workshops.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum (3) year qualification (Diploma or Degree) in Fitter and Turner/Millwright and Toolmaker.
- Minimum N3 certificate.
- Minimum of (3) three years training/workshop mentoring experience.
- Computer Literacy.
- Teacher’s qualification will be an advantage.
- Registered Assessor and Moderator (Advantageous).
- Valid Driver’s Licence.
DUTIES:
- Creating an environment conducive for learning and maintaining discipline.
- Must be prepared to teach both theory and practical.
- Administrative duties related to Facilitation as required by the Head of Department.
- Assessment of student’s performance.
- Deliver knowledge and experience to students.
- Able to use technology effectively in all modes of delivery.
- Supporting students and management.
- To assist with maintaining/repairing machines in workshops.
