The Department of Public Service and Administration (DPSA) is the central department responsible for the management and development of the public service in South Africa.
One of its functions is to publish the public service vacancy circular (PSVC), which contains the advertisements of vacant posts and jobs in public service departments at national and provincial levels.
The latest PSVC is circular 06 of 2024, which was posted on 16 February 2024.
This circular lists the vacancies in various departments and administrations, such as Public Works and Infrastructure, Traditional Affairs, Eastern Cape, Gauteng, Kwazulu Natal, Northern Cape, North West, and Western Cape.
The circular also provides the directions to candidates on how to apply for the vacancies, as well as the contact details of the relevant advertising departments.
