To operate a forklift for movement of goods into and out of work area according to instruction in the Oranjesig: inbound Logistics department. Requirement
• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
• Valid forklift license
• Business English: Fluent
• Work in extreme conditions
• Work shifts/weekends/public holidays

Duties and Responsibilities
Operate forklift and move pallets of stock
• Move stock to and from shelves and vehicles
• Comply with safety procedures
• Inspect forklift when signing in and out
• Report on all damages
• Move completed pallet to desired destination
• Adhere to housekeeping standards
Operate a scanner
• Receive and action tasks using scanner
• Print PCL & affix his unique sticker thereon
Assist with stock count (when required)
