Job Purpose
The Admin Manager will be responsible for coordinating and processing all administrative procedures within a retail branch to ensure accurate recording, control, and reporting of business processes. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, control, and monitor administrative and financial reports generated from the SAP system
- Resolve administrative and financial queries from internal and external clients
- Authorise and reconcile credit notes in line with company procedures
- Evaluate requests according to approved policies and operational guidelines
- Submit credit notes together with all relevant supporting documentation and reports
- Manage the administration of stock control processes within the retail branch
- Maintain and control all administrative registers, including expiry registers
- Generate stock-related reports from the system to support decision-making
- Prepare, process, and update stock control registers and system sheets
- Coordinate, capture, and process employee information accurately
- Communicate expected outcomes, goals, and performance objectives to staff
- Manage administration staff working schedules and daily task allocations
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant post-matric qualification
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a retail administrative environment
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory administrative role
- Proven SAP system knowledge will be a strong advantage
