Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12.
  • Diploma or higher certificate in related field
  • A minimum of 2 years full time experience in administration within FMCG/ production environment
  • Excellent knowledge of the full MS Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
  • Experience in communicating complex technical written information.
  • Report writing
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to function under pressure.
  • Able to read and write English.
  • Good communication skills

  • Understanding of business unit processes

To Ensure effective intake of Raw Materials and processing of all intake documents.  Implement and maintain all SHEQ policies and training.

This role is a Permanent role.

The role is based in Boksburg and will report to the Outbound Logistics Lead. SIQALO FOODS  is looking for an incumbent to ensure that all claims are tracked and closed out timeously. Follow up on outstanding PODs where claims are due and ensure that DHL- Warehouse team provides feedback on all claims raised

The role will be based in Durban and report to the Accounts Payable Accountant. RCL FOODS entrusts the successful incumbent to maintain the records of every supplier (vendor) that enters into a transaction with the Group.
