Admin Officer
To perform and coordinate daily MM Helpdesk queries to ensure effective trouble shooting, problem-solving, support and sufficient and timeous service delivery both internally and externally (Suppliers). To provide timeous assistance and advice to relevant internal and external clients as well as with general administrative functions. To perform warehouse and sister store related functions as required. To coordinate and arrange certain consumable requirements
Data Input Clerk
Purpose of Job
To effectively and sufficiently capture request forms onto Meditech via RSS. Required to type 28 WPM and work shifts.
Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath, Perform general administrative tasks in order to ensure that the relevant documentation is accurate and accessible, Performing logging related tasks in order to ensure that accurate records and documentation are maintained
Couriers X6
Purpose of Position:
To collect and deliver documents, parcels and mail as well as to perform Basic administrative tasks.
Motorbike Driver
Purpose of Position:
To collect and deliver reports; specimens and parcels sufficiently and timeously to and from the wards, hospitals, Dr’ rooms, factories and relevant clients by means of a motorbike.
