Job Purpose
- To pick, pack and deliver parts daily to relevant areas, in compliance with agreed standard operating procedures.
- Mantain a clean, safe , and sanitary work area as well as managing orders within the warehouse or distribution center.
Specific Role Responsibilities
GENERIC JOB OUTPUTS
PROCESS AND GOVERNANCE
- Plan and organise own tasks to make sure that performance targets are met and SOP’s are adhered to.
- Provide daily feedback on task delivery to inform decision making processes.
- Resolve routine problems and report unresolved issues to ensure problems are addressed timeously.
- Check stock levels based on system generated cycle counts and report any discrepancies to relevant supervisor for actioning.

- Rebin stock based on system generated movement information to optimise warehouse layout
- Scan stock and bin parts into allocated areas into the warehouse.
FINANCE
- Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to maximise financial performance and profitability.
CLIENT/CUSTOMER
- Deliver services that creates a culture which aims to exceed customers’ expectations in all aspects of the business.
- Deliver work activities according to set standards in order to satisfy internal and external customers.

- Deliver daily tasks and attend training to improve quality and standard of own work.

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualification
- Higher Certificates and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates with NQF Level 04
Minimum Experience
- 1- 2 year experience in a similar environmentSkills and Personal Attributes
Minimum Requirements
- Industry legislative compliance/ knowledge.
