An opportunity has presented itself to appoint a suitably qualified candidate into the position of Customer Support Agent. This is a Permanent position based at Johannesburg – Auckland Park.

- Grade 12 or relevant NQF level 4 qualification
- 1-2 Yrs Relevant Working Experience

Key Performance Areas
Book patient and travelling nurse on particular travelling routes
- • On first route the facilitator will outsource the task to external path lab or own region such as PTA travelling nurse. On this first route the facilitator awaits feedback and forward constant feedback to the originator of the request
- • On the second route, the facilitator will book an appointment on behalf of the CSP Travelling nurse facilitator. The facilitator assigns the travelling nurse to tasks reflecting the number of appointments for the following day
Outside footprint requests assigned to Drs and pharmacies
- • Assign a request to a pharmacy or a dr. if request is outside of our footprint.
Reports
- • Responsible for Financial outload report – ensuring the change of customers for service
- • Responsible for loading Honoured and Unhonoured reports to bill for service rendered ensuring timeous payment of accounts
Responsible for completion of all travelling nurse tasks
- • Responsible for the completion of every travelling nurse task

Compensation is commensurate with qualification and experience level.
