Requirements
- Grade 12.
- Computer literacy Certificate.
- Valid Driver’s License (added advantage).
- Computer literacy (MS Word, excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Secretarial and administration skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Adaptability, communication, assertiveness/leadership skills, conflict and stress management, negotiation skills, problem solving skills, office/diary management skills, strong administrative skills, writing and typing skills, attention to detail, strong understanding of the motor vehicle industry.
- 02 to 03 years relevant experience in admin within the automotive industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
Handles all external and internal queries regarding Mechanical for minimisation of complaints and improvements of the essential services. -Ensures that all tasks delegated by the executive director, director of the Public Safety & Roads and the respective section heads are done effectively and efficiently as deemed fit to be promptly attended as requested. -To ensure effective and efficient service delivery. –
General admin duties for Mechanical section by: Undertaking routine correspondence duties by drafting replies and returns where necessary for future reference with mechanical workshops. -Performing fast and accurate typing duties for the Superintendent / Foreman of the mechanical section by utilizing a word processor or personal computer to effective operation of the administration within the section.
To ensure an effective admin function of the Mechanical section. -Perform any other related Ad Hoc tasks and duties as requested or required by management (supervisor) from time to time.

SALARY R 225 444.00 p.a – R 252 000.00 p.a ( Level 9 of a Grade 04 Local Authority)
Total package inclusive of all benefits: R 372 631.48p.a
