Job Purpose
GST administration support.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Tracking planned medicals versus actual medicals completed
- Consolidating completed medical results
- Collecting contact info per GSTs [mobile no, email, proof of addresses, ID copies, passport copies]
- Updating database and dashboard for reporting
- Support completion of COE packs per GSTs
- Support completion of Visa related documents per GST
- Raising Out of Office memos for approval
- Co-ordination of dental appointments
- Co-ordination of Bidvest foreign exchange appointments
- Co-ordination of fitness sessions
- Co-ordination of HR Interviews
- Co-ordination of Psychometry Assessments
- Co-ordination of Dojo Training
- Support for departure events
- Support for classroom events/activities
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Matric certificate.
- Driver’s license.
- Computer literate.
- Must be trustworthy.
- Must be able to keep confidentiality.
- Experience in line with the job:Â
- Minimum – 2 years actual work experience in an administration area
- Computer Literate (min 4 years)
- Customer service focus (min 3 years)
- To be able to work in a team/support environment (min 2 years)
- Preferable
